- The certificate with the result of the diagnostic test is sent by email. It is a certificate valid for travel, in PDF format and in English and Spanish.
- The PCR test results are delivered in 4-24 hours.
Characteristics and description of the test
PCR is a molecular technique to detect the genome of the virus. That is, when the virus infects a person, it enters the cells of the nasopharynx and begins to replicate. From a sample of the nasopharyngeal mucosal area we try to detect the RNA of the virus.
