2. TAKING THE TEST
- You will receive an email in your inbox with the details of your appointment
- Go to the extraction point at the agreed time
- Please do not come more than 5 minutes in advance to avoid crowds
3. NOTIFICATION OF RESULTS
- The certificate with the result of the diagnostic test is sent by email. It is a certificate valid for travel, in PDF format and in English and Spanish.
- The IGG-IGM test results are delivered in 10 minutes maximum.
Characteristics and description of the test
This test provides a way to know if you have been exposed to the coronavirus by detecting the immunoglobulins IgG and IgM. They recognize, capture and block viruses so that immune system cells (lymphocytes) can recognize and eliminate them.
In the case of infections, such as coronavirus, the blood is tested for the presence of IgG and IgM antibodies (by means of a small finger prick), the result is obtained very quickly and without the need for a specialised laboratory.
The specific sensitivity of our IgG test is 97% and a specificity of 99.1%. Regarding the detection of IgM the sensitivity is 74.2% and a specificity of 99.6%
