To avoid crowds, it is recommended that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment. No changes or cancellations are allowed.
TEST PROCEDURE
1. SCHEDULING AND BOOKING
- Choose the type of test to perform
- Choose date and time in the calendar and click on “Book”
- Fill in the form with your details
- Easily pay with your debit/credit card
2. TAKING THE TEST
- You will receive an email in your inbox with the details of your appointment
- Go to the extraction point at the agreed time
- Please do not come more than 5 minutes in advance to avoid crowds
3. NOTIFICATION OF RESULTS
- The certificate with the result of the diagnostic test is sent by email. It is a certificate valid for travel, in PDF format and in English and Spanish.
- The PCR test results are delivered in 4-24 hours.
- The ANTIGEN test result are delivered in 10-15 minutes
